  3. Once everything is agreed upon, we will send you a request for your deposit + refundable damage deposit.  The damage deposit will be returned to you within 48 hours after your party has ended + equipment has been inspected.


  1. A few days before the event, we will re-confirm your set up time.

  2. Please move any furniture from the set up area.

  3. We need approximately 3ft x 6ft for each bed.

  4. Please email or text us a picture of the set up area for planning purposes


  1. We will arrive at your home 3-4 hours before your party to set up.

  2. Setup takes approximately 2-3 hours depending on the size of the party.

  3. The sleepover area needs to be clear of furniture and ready to be set up.

  4. Please ask guests to bring a sleeping pillow.  Our pillows are for decoration only.

  5. Once everything is set up, we will confirm a pick up time the next day.


  1. Please have each guest remove their personal belongings prior to our arrival for pickup.

  2. We ask that you do not remove any lights or décor, or deflate the mattresses. This way we can assess our inventory and note any repairs or replacements that may be needed. Pickup of the items will take between 30-45 minutes.



You will receive a confirmation the week of your event with a 2 hour delivery and pick up window. We base our schedule on your event start/end time provided at time of booking, location, package, etc.

Set Ups + Deliveries:

Deliveries will begin at 9AM and go throughout the day. We will schedule delivery based on the event start time provided at the time of booking. All sleepover packages will be set up by 4:00pm. Some deliveries may take place the day prior to your event depending on the schedule for that particular date.

Pick Ups:

Pick ups will begin at 10:00am the next day and go throughout the day.
